 If you are contacting us about a problem with registration, here are a couple troubleshooting tips to consider:

• Here's how the registration is completed. After you fill out the registration form on ymiLIVE.org, you need to check your personal email account to receive a confirmation email. Open this email and click on the link to complete the registration.
• The confirmation email does not happen immediately. 
• You may want to see if the confirmation email landed in your spam filter. 
• Do not try to register again, it will tell you that your email name has been taken (because the registration is pending).
• If you did not receive email confirmation within 24 hours, please send us a message and we will help to complete your registration.
